3- Seller issues Fresh SGS, Unconditional DTA, TSR, ATSC & ATV. 4- Buyer orders SGS to conduct Dip Test of the product in the Seller Tank on Buyer expense OR just verify the SGS provided by seller to proceed.
5- Upon successful dip test OR SGS verification, Buyer provides valid TSR. 6- Seller injects fuel into the Buyer's Tank and Seller provides the full injection report to the Buyer, Buyer makes payment by MT103 for the total product availabl
