Mingolo is 100% Albarina grape, from strains located in the heart of Val do Salnés exceeding 25 years of age. This wine stands out to its subtlety, freshness and a great fruit burden, after being preserved in lees between 3 to 6 months, the winery achieved that body that does it, along with the exact acidity, perfect to be marinated with seafood, fish and even white meats.
Mingolo has obtained better scores in tastings than other renowned Albariño names, at the 30th Gastronomic Fair of Madrid. A subtle, fresh wine with wide gustatory shades, a large fruit load, in a persistent and thin retro nasal smell.
