We can now accepted top Russian Banks SBLC/BG’S for monetization. Your Client instrument must be able to MT-799. Min Instrument amount 100M +. The LTV is 80% for some.
After the client KYC is submitted and approved
1. Client send BCL bank to bank.
2. BCL is verified
3. Then contract is issued.
4. Contract is signed
5. The client sends the MT799 which blocks the funds.
6. Once MT799 is verified
7. Then monetization begins per contract
