Application
1. MKP is as leavening agent, flavoring agent, fermentation agent, nutrition enhancer in baking processes and in sake synthesizing.
2. In medicine, MKP can acidified urine, is as agents of bacterial/yeast culture. It is buffering agent and as agent in Chromatographic analysing. Also, it is an important raw material processing Potassium metaphosphate.
3. MKP is efficient phosphorus potassium compound fertilizer, and phosphorus-supplement in animal feed.
