CMO (collateralized mortgage obligation) - we can sell these for $300,000 where the client gets a $1 billion - $3 billion face value. Client has the option to get a nice monthly income of $20,000-$30,000/month (sometimes greater) for 360 months (30 years) and/or put it into trade and make millions of dollars over the course of 1 year. As brokers, you make a very nice commission on this product upfront and every time it is traded. For a client to proceed, they need to show proof of funds of a minimum of $300,000 that they have the ability to purchase this. We have a number of these in stock and ready to be sold.
On the flip side, if you have a client who has a CMO, we can put those into trade and they will get a very nice weekly (or monthly) income. We receive a very nice commission weekly or monthly.
