Shaft: bright drawn steel to required bearing tolerance
Shaft end: both ends of the tube are simultaneously machined and chamfered.
Bearing: single and double row deep groove ball bearing 2Z and 2RS with C3 clearance.
Rubber heat vulcanized rubber. Wear resistant, anti-fire
Seals multiple labyrinth seal
Welding mixed gas shielded arc welding end.
(TD75/DTII/CEMA, and so on).
Features:
(1) Roller idler: Material is carbon steel Q235B; D50-219mm; L190-3400mm
(2) Use: Roller is used in coal mining, wharf, power, metallurgy, building materials etc.
(3) Shaft: Material is 20# or 45# steel; D20/25/30mm in bright drawn steel material
(4) Bearing: Single and double row deep groove ball bearing 2RZ and 2Z with C3 clearance
(5) Seals: Multi-labyrinth seals and outboard circlip as retention ca
(6) Painting: Common painting; Hot galvanized painting
