on the other side. Thus, you can
transmit different wavelengths

Optech 8 Channel Mux and
Demux is a passive CWDM
systems for 19” rack type
installation. The CWDM
multiplexers to mux and demux 8
channels form 1470 to 1610nm; these correspond to the
transceiver wavelengths from
1470 to 1610nm. This is
compliant with ITU G.694.2 and
telcordia GR1221 (former Bellcore) standard and are designed to
meet NEBS level 3. These modules
are based on a standard LGX
building practice and offer and
easy installation and connection
process.
