OEE manufactures & supplies a variety of Tong Dies& Slip Inserts for series of wellhead handling tools. OEE dies are machined, not cast, to provide the accuracy required for today's critical applications. Our dies are heat treated for surface hardness, wear-resisting and corrosion-resisting to provide maximum service life. The main materail is 20CrMnTi or 8620, Casing depth usually is 0.762-0.889mm, the hardness of our dies reach to 58-62 HRC. A variety of tooth patterns are available to securely grip the hardest strings of casing, tubing and drill-pipe, such as Pyramid, Plain and Blue Diamond. We can also design and manufacture special inserts according to customer's requirement and drawings.
