Efendi Turkish Delight) is one of
the most delightful products of
Turkey. We want to establish a
cooperation that will have similar
taste of our products with your
companiesy.
Hacı Niyazi Efendi Lokumları was
established in 1907 and it is still a
master of lokum over the past
106 years. We have two
confectioneries, one in Safranbolu
near Black Sea the other new
decorated is in Istanbul, 5
minutes far from Atatürk Airport
by car. We have a retail store
office at Cicek Pasaji-Pera in the
middle of Istanbul.
We produce a great variety of
Turkish Delight (lokum) such as
sultan, pistachio nut, cherry,
cacao, chocolate, hazelnut,
almond and kaymak (butter
cream) preliminary produced by
Haci Niyazi Efendi. We have 150
ton (330000 lbs.) production
capacity per month. Besides
lokum we also make "helva" (a
sweet prepared in many varieties
with sesame oil), jam,
"pishmaniye" (dessert with a
tenture similar to cotton candy).
