We export Fuerte and Hass
varieties. The fruit has a series of
shapes. Its internal part has a
rounded seed of bright color and
varies from 2-4 cm, and it is
covered by a greenish skin. The
packing is done in 4 kg boxes or
depending on the request of the
customer. By each 40 cubic feet
container, 20 pallets are sent
containing 276 boxes making a
total of 5520 boxes of 4 kg each. The boxes used comply with the
necessary standards for export, and are weight resistant. Temperatures are kept at 5
degrees Celsius. Humidity is kept
at 90 per cent, Ventilation at 25
per cent.
Availability: The varieties we have
currently are both Fuerte and
Hass avocados. Packaging: Carton: 4 Kgs contains
9-18 pieces each depending on
the sizes i.e. sizes 9-12. Estimated Volume this Year: 700
Tones 175,000 cartons each 4
