The products made by the machine mainly used as indoor decoration, like indoor sheets, office, residence, star-lever hotel and luxury sites. Such as making furniture, kitchen cabinet, sanitary ware. Making advertise board, art material, building mould and wall board, warehouse board etc.
The extrusion line consists conical twin screw extruder, three roller calendar, cooling frame, haul-off, longitudinal direction cut edges, horizontal direction cutter, staker. Different thickness of products matches with varied diameter of rollers. the machine unit has automatic cover film function. The products made by the line have the performance of moisture proof, mildew proof, nice bending strength, no irritating odor, light weight, recyclable, free of paiting and formaldenhyde, economy and environment-friendly. Drilling, sawing, nail, planning, bonding can be conducted like timber material.
