HY-2006 resin is a modified thermoplastic poly-alkylphenol formaldehyde resin, a long-lasting, wet-proof, higher tackifier.
HY-2006 can be easily mixed and dispersed in compounds.
Specification:
Softening Point (Ball and ring), ℃ 120~140
Application:
HY-2006, a long lasting, wet-proof, strong tackifier, has not noly excellent initial tack, but also outstanding viscosity at storage and moist-heat condition. It is also a softener and plasticizer during rubber processing.
HY-2006 can be widely used for NR, SBR, BR, EPDM or mixing rubber, to make tire of high performance, conveyor belt, triangle belt, sebific duct, rubber-covered roll, slab rubber, rubber lining, wire cable, tackifier and tire retreading material, as well as the rubber produce which demand higher viscosity for uncured rubber during moulding.
HY-2006 has excellent viscosity prior to HY-203 and HY-204, corresponding to acetylene tackifying resin.
The referenced dosage of HY-2006 is 2~6 phr.
