Pulverizing/grinding Process: Cryogenic Grinding with liquid Nitrogen. Freeze the spice at a temperature below -190degC. The spice powder manufactured at a temperature below -80degC. By maintaining very low temperature cryogenic grinding can retain more of the flavor components. The liquid nitrogen keeps the temperature very low and minimizes oil losses.
