Main features: 1) Main shaft is made from material 40Cr, machined by CNC machine tool, heat treated by hardening & tempering + high frequency quenching 2) Horizontal rollers are precisely-machined + twice heat-treated.3) Roller stand is made from best casting iron with reinforced structure + precisely-machined with precision machining center.4) Seam grinding unit: 3kw motor, auto up/down, stainless steel cases, shaft surface chrome-plated, made by CNC. 5) Electrical & Control: Operating panel with man-machine interface touching screen with LCD. (PLC, Mitsubishi; Main electrical element: Siemens) 6) TIG Welder may be imported one or domestic one.8) It may be fixed with annealing unit on line/inner seam grinding unit.
