1) The cutting motor is started up with step-down voltage. 2) The disc running is driven with chain drive by A.C. variable motor with frequency inverter. 3) Rails for saw disc running are heat-treated and grinded possessing low friction resistance, high wearability and running precision. 4) Work piece (steel grating) is tightly pressed on work platform while being cut. 5) The equipment is fixed with practicable safety guards to insure operator’s safety preventing personal injury from spark spray.
