SELLER PROCEDURES
1. Buyer issues a LOI/Purchase Order to Seller with banking.
2. Seller issues a Proforma Invoice to Buyer.
3. Buyer signs and returns the Proforma Invoice to Seller with full banking.
4. Seller provides the following documents to Buyer: (Seller Refinery information and commitment letter).
5. Buyer will issue RDLC/SBLC in the amount to cover one month product value directly to Refinery
Within seven to ten days Seller will issue to buyer the following documents: SGS Report, and DTA letter if applicable / Tank Receipt or Terminal Authorization to load ticket (Pickup Terminal / Rack coordinates) - Rack / Terminal Daily Pickup Schedule.
6. Buyer verifies all the POP documents, dips and pays for product within 72 hours.
