The Calcined Kaolin GH-CKB05 for paint have advantages of high brightness, high opacity and superior dispersibility. They are widely used in latex paint, powder coating, agricultural film, color master batch and butyl rubber.
GH-CKB05 kaolin is a calcined kaolin featuring high brightness. With advanced blend control of northern and southern of superior crude in China, GH-CKB05 is engineered and structured for rubber and plastic application by milling facilities, it has been dehydroxylated by controlled heat treatment for removal of crystalline-bound hydroxyl groups and to improve brightness, and particle size distribution redistributed by classification process. GH-CKB05 kaolin is highly pulverized for better dispersion.
