The town of Cadaques will have till three stories buildings adapting their forms to the irregular architecture of an old village. Stores and amenities combined with appartments are to find in the ground floor. The first and second floor have been designed just for residential use. Terraces and balconies in the appartments will allow you to enjoy the breeze and views of the Caribbean. Decorative Spanish style inclined roofs will bring life to the fassades and will reproduce the evolution of an old town that has been growing over the years.
The squares of Cadaques are dedicated to the Spanish famous painter Salvador Dali, who lived in Cadaques and made of this Spanish town an icoon of beauty and peace. Cadaques Caribe concept aims to create a peaceful atmosphere, free of contamination and fully integrated with the environment.
