1. Buyer issues ICPO + financial capability
2. Sellers confirms ICPO and issues FCO
3. Buyer counter signs FCO and returns to seller with the (MT 799) 4. Sellers issues contract
5. Buyer and seller shall review, sign and seal the contract (SPA) 6. Buyer provides CPA (charter party agreement) and vessel information (Q88 and C FORM) 7. Seller issues invoice for the first lift
8. Buyer issues LC bank
9. Seller secures the product and fixes the loading times and loading commences
10. Buyer’s LC release or pays for cargo Via TT or wire transfer
