The mechanism of action
Lipase is three diacylglycerol hydrolase, in various reaction system it can catalyse ester resolving, ester exchange and ester composing. In the body of animal, the product is used to hydrolyze lipa into aliphatic acid, glycerol, monoglyceride or diglyceride.
Using effect
1 enhance the using efficiency of lipa in the animal feeds, reduce the lipa adding into the feeds, which can help to reduce the cost of the animal feeds. Lipa in the feeds hydrolyzes in the animal’s small intestine, then compose three diacylglycerol hydrolase on epithelium. If we add lipase in feeds, the lipa start to hydrolyze in the animal’s stomach, which means increasing the hydrolysis time and enhance the using efficiency.
