3. Structure of stone crushing plant: This machine mainly consists of three parts, rotary part, shield part and box part. In the rotary part, there are several crossed and non-overlapping hammer frames on the wheel core. What fixed on hammer frame is the hammerhead, width of which is greater than hammer frame and contour. The wheel core is welded into a whole from several contours and fixed on the main spindle. And both ends of the spindle are supported on the rack through hydrodynamic bearings. In the shield part, several pieces of shields are fixed on the box to protect the box from being worn, and form various impact crushing chambers. The box part is divided into two parts of upper and lower, connected by the bolts, and so it’s easy to repair.
