made of high quality alloy-steel, The surface adopts carburizing
and quenching treatment, precision machining by grinding
thus these gears have such merits
as smooth transmission, low
noise, large carrying capacity, low
temperature rise, long life etc. l Main Shaft with a heavy
thrust bearing, supporting axial
force, prolonging its life. l Pellet mill uses large
diameter roller: big yield, high
pelletizing rate & uniform high
strength pellets. l Roller and flat die wear
peace deal, both sides can use
the flat die, long service life. l All bearings are sealed
structure that effectively prevent
dust, improve the working
bearings environment and extend
bearing’s life. l Pellets’ diameter is from 6-
12mm for user’s option.
