We have complete plant and facilities to process and pack dates in Khairpur, Sind, the place known for growing one of the world’s finest varieties “Assil” dates. Our processing and packing meets the high standards of hygienic care, ensuring absolute cleanliness.
Capacity of our plant is about 125MT dates i.e. 5x20 FCL. Packing can be arranged as per your requirement for pitted and unpitted dates in consumer packing starting from 250gms to big blocks of any required weight, packed in a master carton with honeycomb packing inside. Bulk packing of 10 Kg. to 22 Kg. in strong cartons with plastic bag inside is also normally required by various importers. If you have any special instruction about packing, we will try to manage it.
Just for your information, the crop of dates in Pakistan starts in August and harvested till October. The goods are then fumigated and graded into categories like Select, FAQ (Fair Average Quality), GAQ (General Average Quality) and Industrial quality. After grading and cleaning, we start capping and pitting as required by our overseas customers.
