This should be followed by smooth sanding with emery paper no. 320. Wipe the surface to clean off loose dust particles. Mix Base + Hardener +Thinner in Ratio of 100:50:25 Ratio and wait for 10 minutes maturation time and spray apply.
JCK Polyurethane Clear Base Coat can be used for finishing of wooden surfaces like veneers, natural wood, Plywood, Doors, Cabinets, chairs etc. It is recommended as an undercoat for Clear P.U. based Wood finishes. JCK P U Catalyst 40CT50 is Isocyanate based product used in 2k PU along with JCK P U Clear Base Coat and JCK P U Clear Top Coats. After mixing with Base Part Isocyanates reacts with Polyol part of Base component and forms Polyurethane linkage which gives superior gloss, adhesion and toughness characteristics. JCK Catalyst for polyurethane is used along with JCK P U Basecoat and Topcoat. Recommended mixing ratio is 100:50. Only JCK PU Standard Thinner should be used as diluents.
