2) As Partition Net is very thin and less heat-absorbing, the efficient loading volume can be increased and sintering time can be shortened, so that more than 20% of energy can be saved

The yield of qualified products can be increased by 10% due to knocking and shocking when unloading. 4) Partition Net solves the problem of “bright speck” on the surface of wheels and can optimize the surface of wheel and then greatly improve thermal radiation and surface roughness of wheels. The cutting efficiency is increased greatly. Besides, as the ideal substitution for Teflon plate, it’s very welcome because it makes the same wheel surface, same working life (200 times) as Teflon spacer, but, it is much more economical than Teflon plate.
