JC Rapid MFG Factory was founded in 2001, which is a private-owned enterprise and provides precision prototype, rapid tooling and products. We had passed ISO 9001 international quality management system certification. Our factory locates in shajing and xinqiao exit Guangshen expressway, beside 107 national road and occupies 6000 square meters. We have 20 CNC machines, 7 EDM machines, 13 injection machines, 2 vacuum casting machine, laser engraving equipment, milling machines, lathes, grinders, sandblasting machine, silkscreen machine and dust-free, painting workshop. Our company operates prototyping department, rapid tooling department, injection molding department and other production departments. We have nearly 50 professional technology personnel, providing rapid prototype and short run production of household appliance, medical equipment, sports equipment, automotive parts and housing.
