It specializes in developing and manufacturing tire moulds, special CNC machine center. Our company is a leader in the China mainland market in the Manufacturing aspect of tire mould and Large-scale Discoid Parts.
Up to now, we are the unique manufacturer who has the ability to provide the whole complete sets of machines for type mould manufacturing. And we have gotton 21 items National Patents. In 2011,we are quanlified to be the technical research center of QingDao Tyre Mould Project. The company has set up 8 project of complate segmented tire mould making line, and provide Turn-key service for tyre customer.
Under tire mould field, we have 3 technologies:
1. Al-Ti alloy precision casting, technology.
2.S-shape Blocks technology;
3.No Vent holes of Sidewall technology.
