Jiangquan, having 26 production lines with the advanced roller drier, jointing machines,600 ton hot pressers and double-side calibrators, can produce and sell types of plywood, including film faced plywood 15,000 cubic meters, container floor 2,000 cubic meter and veneer 3,300 cubic meter per month.
The quality of plywood can meet IHPA standard, EU EN 13986:2002 standard. Jiangquan Wood has passed the certification of ISO 9000 quality management system in 2003.In June 2004, the company got the approval of EU CE marking. This is the second company of the same industry which gets EU CE certificate. In 2005, Jiangquan got the test report of CCS, BV, GL and ABS. The company set up a strict quality inspection system. The Quality Inspection Center request of audit of CIQ process supervision for class 1 enterprise of export plywood, and the center can test the formaldehyde emission, moisture content, bonding strength, modules of elasticity, static bending strength.
