Our Unit is fully equipped with CNC Coiling machines, CNC Wire former, Automatic Spring Coiling Machines, Automatic Spring End Grinding Machines and Torsion Spring Coilers etc. Our Products are approved by O.E.Ms and are being regularly used by them for their Automotive parts & other applications.
Our Products are also approved by the MINISTRY OF DEFENCE and are regularly used by them for their PARACHUTES. We have fully equipped laboratory to check :-
a) The parameters of all type of springs like compression, extension, torsion, wire forms etc. on mechanical as well as electronic testing machines.
