The price per 1 (one) metric ton of the Goods is calculated in terms of delivery, according to INCOTERMS 2000, and shall be equal to the high-grade copper price quoted at the LME, either at CASH/Settlement in US dollars at the London Metal Exchange, as published on Reuters' MTLE page and also in the London Metal Bulletin. The Price Fixing Date to be understood as average for 5 days: 1 day on a delivery date 2 days up to and 2 days later on delivery of the goods. The discount is minus 9% per one ton of the goods from the fixed price under condition of issuance from first class bank by the Buyer of the Bank BG according to conditions of unit 5. of this contract and with constant discount of 9% for the validity period of this Contract.
