Instructions: 1. Locate the inner pouch and squeeze firmly. 2. Mix the contents inside and the bag will freeze to 0.5 degrees Celsius (33 degrees Fahrenheit) within seconds after the bag is squeezed and the inner bad and release the water into the outer bad crystals. 3. The bag stays cold for 20-40 minutes. 4. Discard the bag after use.
