We are a Saudi Real-estate Company based in Riyadh (the capital). We are in the process of establishing a contracting branch for building houses. According to HSBC study "Saudi Arabia needs 1 million new houses by 2014 to meet the needs of its growing population". Currently the Saudi's are building their houses the typical way which has its disadvantages beginning with the high cost of the house to the long period it requires to be completed.
We are thinking of being pioneers in introducing a new way of building houses in Saudi Arabia through partnering with a well established Chinese Company to introduce the Ready Made Concrete and/or Steel Houses to the Saudi Market. The raw material could be prepared here in Saudi Arabia or in China whichever is more economical.
