Commission of Pakistan (SECP) under Companies Ordinance 1984, and Corporate Member of
Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICCI). The company established in 2007 and
strives to tap out clean energy resources, alternative/renewable, to mitigate the Climate Change
effects globally with the following specific objectives mentioned in the Memorandum of
Association. 1. To provide consultancy services regarding Green House Gases (GHGs) emission
reduction from different Industrial and anthropogenic sources for Clean Development
Mechanism (CDM) projects under Kyoto Protocol. 2. To establish alternate and renewable energy projects to strengthen the energy sector
of Pakistan. 3. To establish Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) projects by the introduction of
modern technologies in the field of waste management, transportation, agriculture, forestry and industry.
