From Ehden, FOUAD JER DOUEIHY started in 1919 his long journey in the world of Arabic pastries, leaving after him, in the hands of his children and grandsons a legacy stipulating to keep on for, not only the excellence in quality and taste, but also to stay unique. Then, after Ehden, there were Zgharta, Achrafieh and Jounieh.
The company introduce modern machinery to meet the growing orders and the needs of the market, especially restaurants, five stars hotels in Beirut which take proud in displaying on their tables the sweets of FOUAD JER DOUEIHY, especially the "cheese sweet" (Halawet el Jeben) that this company produces with a unique taste as per the testimonies of connoisseurs and experts.
Repeated successes occurred resulting from the perseverance in presenting the best quality and looking for excellence, FOUAD JER DOUEIHY SWEETS obtained in 1995 and in 1996 THE INTERNATIONAL AWARD of Excellence and Quality from the United States of America and from Spain.
