VJI’s product lines expand beyond juices with the addition of vegetable purees and diced vegetables. Vegetable purees are made from milling the entire vegetable. Purees have the fresh top notes of juice while offering some of the deeper flavors that are contained in the fibers of the vegetables. Purees also offer the fiber and mouth feel that fresh juices do not have. Diced vegetables are made from dicing fresh vegetables and preserving them in a brine system. Diced vegetables offer the flavor and texture of fresh vegetables.
