“Darkhan Meat Foods” The meat processing factory was established in 2008 in Darkhan Uul aimag of Mongolia. Our company launched its activities with 5000-ton capacity warehouse and a scope to slaughter 100 sheep. In 2011 with the assistance of South Korean “Han Kook Fujee Cold & Machine” Co Ltd we introduced modification on all factory plants to operate with most up to date equipment to meet with the world standard on meat industry. Since the factory modification, we are able to butcher 350 livestock, 1500 sheep, 15 tons of deboned meat also 10 tons of heat processed meat and meat products, 1.5 tons of semi-finished products in a single shift and renewed the process and facilities for meat packaging and manufacturing semi-finished product by applying modern technology and technique. The size of the factory is 52725m2 from which 3820m2 consists of factory building and 1270m2 is the warehouse for storage, the storage has a freezing system with 18 degrees Celsius.
